These terms describe the intended conditions for using the FieldFlow Cloud platform.
1. Platform Services
FieldFlow Cloud provides tools for company administration, field merchandising, employee activities, branch visits, orders, expiry reporting, market surveys and reporting.
2. Company Accounts
Customer organizations are responsible for their authorized users, account information and appropriate assignment of permissions.
3. Subscriptions and Fees
Available plans, user limits, registration fees and subscription charges are determined by the applicable agreed commercial terms.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customer organizations must use the platform lawfully, provide appropriate notices to employees and comply with applicable privacy and employment requirements.
5. GPS and Field Monitoring
Field monitoring features must be used for legitimate operational purposes and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
6. Third-Party Services
Optional integrations, including Google Drive, may be subject to additional third-party terms and technical availability.
7. Service Availability
Platform features may be affected by maintenance, network availability and third-party dependencies.
8. Changes and Termination
Changes to subscriptions, service access and termination are governed by the applicable customer agreement and relevant legal requirements.
