4. Google Drive Integration
When an authorized administrator connects Google Drive, selected operational files may be transferred to the connected Google account according to the configured synchronization settings.
5. Security and Access
FieldFlow Cloud uses company-specific access controls and role-based permissions to help protect operational information.
6. Retention and Requests
Data retention and requests for access, correction or deletion are subject to applicable laws, contractual obligations and operational requirements.
7. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated as the platform, legal requirements or processing activities change.
